Fees Included in the Tour Price
- Accommodation: Accommodation is based on double occupancy (two persons per room). A single supplement will apply to guests requesting single occupancy. Hotel names and the number of nights at each location are specified in the itinerary.
– Rooms for 2 persons per room may have 1 double bed or twin beds.
– Rooms for 1 person per room may have a single bed, double bed, or twin beds for single use.
- Transportation: Private transfers, public transport (train or boat) between destinations in Japan, as described in the itinerary.
- Meals: As described in the itinerary.
- Guide: English speaking tour guide. For other languages, please inquire for details.
- Admission Fees: As listed in the itinerary.
- Water: 1 bottle of water (500ml / 16 – 17oz) per person per day, except on pick-up/drop-off only days.

- For U.S. residents: This tour is not available to residents of California, Florida, Hawaii or Washington State.
- Individual customers residing in the U.S., the travel agent is Hanetabi USA LLC.
Hanetabi USA LLC is affiliated with Hanetabi Tours LLC, a licensed destination management company (DMC) based in Japan. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for further details. - This tour price is for an adult. Please ask us the child price.
- The room size might be smaller even if we book similar class hotel.
- We can’t guarantee to book the mentioned hotel. (We book the hotel after we get arrange request.)
If the hotel is fully booked, we will need to re-quote. - If the car/bus fee is increased due to the customer’s responsibility, an additional fee will be charged.
- The car/bus use is limited to 10 hours.

All accommodations and services will be selected by us. The tour fee applies only to the specified itinerary and included services.
Itinerary flexibility
The sequence of sightseeing and activities may change depending on conditions on the tour day.
Photographs
The photos are intended solely to inspire your imagination.
Non-participation
During the tour, if you choose not to participate in any part of the itinerary, you will be considered to have opted out automatically, and no refunds will be provided.
Tattoo policy
Customers with tattoos may be prohibited from entering public baths. Please inquire with us for specific situations.
Special dietary requests (vegan, vegetarian, halal, allergies, etc.)
While we will do our best to accommodate your dietary requests, please note that some restaurants may prepare special meals in the same kitchen and with the same utensils used for regular dishes.
Room specifications in Japan
Hotels in Japan typically offer “twin” rooms with two single beds. Requests for double beds or extra beds may not always be accommodated.
Medical support
We want to clarify that we are not professional doctors or pharmacists. Our role is to provide advice on common self-care situations and recommend over-the-counter medications that can be found at local pharmacies. We do not buy or sell any medical products. It is important to note that you are responsible for choosing the necessary medications yourself. Ultimately, decisions regarding your health and treatment belong to you.
Pickup and Drop-off
Pickup and drop-off points are specified in the itinerary. Customers are responsible for their own transportation to and from these designated points. Any pickup or drop-off at locations not indicated in the itinerary will incur an additional charge.
Meals Not Included in the Itinerary
If the itinerary specifies transfer and/or guide service to and from the restaurant, such service will be provided accordingly. If it is not specifically mentioned in the itinerary, no transfer or guide service is included.
Visa
If you need to apply for a tourist visa to Japan, we can assist by providing instructions and the necessary documents free of charge.
