How to Reserve Your Journey
Planning your next adventure should be exciting and effortless. Our reservation process is designed to ensure every detail is carefully arranged before you travel.

Step 1:
Complete and submit the reservation form. Please note that your booking is not yet confirmed at this stage.

Step 2:
Our team will review your request and contact you by email to confirm availability. If your preferred arrangements are available, we will invite you to proceed with your booking.

Step 3:
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will issue a deposit invoice. After your deposit has been received, your journey will be officially secured.
At this stage, we will also provide all relevant travel documents and information, including:
• Detailed itinerary
• Accommodation information
• Other important travel information
If you have special preferences or requirements, such as preferred bed configuration, dietary requirements, or additional documentation needs, please let us know at this time. We are happy to personalize your experience whenever possible.

Step 4:
The balance payment is typically due 1 month before the departure date. Once full payment has been received, we will provide your final travel package, including:
• Confirmation vouchers
• Guide information
• Restaurant details and menus (where applicable)
• Other final travel arrangements
